What is Archival Art Print
Also known as a Giclée print, It's a high-quality print, usually used for fine art or photo reproduction. The color is very saturated and smooth, and looks like a silk screen print.

Will the print last forever?

Nothing lasts forever but it will hold up for generations. Each artwork is printed using archival inks and on acid-free paper to extend the life of the art work.

Where is my order?

Unfortunately with so many variables out of our control, once an item is turned over to USPS for delivery we can not be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. Please contact your local carrier for additional help with the tracking number provided.

What’s taking so long?

We print and ship each piece individually as fast as we can with loving care. Sometimes love takes time, but we’ll send you a tracking number and all that good stuff so that you’re not totally left in the dark.

How do I flatten out my rolled print?

The best thing to do is to have the print flattened and framed by a professional. If you want to flatten out the print yourself, please follow the instructions in this video. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur when you try to flatten the print.

Why aren’t you selling all the pieces that I see online?

We’re starting small to see how it goes. If you’re dying for a piece of art that you don’t see in the store, let us know and we’ll certainly consider it.

Do you sell art in custom sizes?

Yes. If you need a size that’s not available in the store, please contact us and let us know and we can get a price and timeframe for you.

Do you do commissions or commercial projects?

Absolutely. If you want to get in touch about a potential project, we’d love to hear about it. Please contact us and tell us about your project.

Can I use that letter, type or illustration for a logo?

Many of our type designs and illustrations work great for logos or logotypes. In these cases, we require a specific license to use them for a brand and/or logo. A branding license carries a one-time fee for 1 brand. It's unlimited in time, and commercial use is included (for the brand which purchases the license).

The fee (USD) is determined by company size:
-
independent worker, no retail products, service only, fee is $1000
-
companies up to 20 employees, fee is $2500
-
companies up to 50 employees, fee is $5000
-
companies up to 70 employees, fee is $7500
-
If you’re interested in a branding license, please contact us.

Can I use your artwork for a tattoo?

We love to see it - literally. The only thing we ask is that you take some great pics of your tattoo and share them with us.

Can I purchase a typeface to use on my computer?

Unfortunately no. Our typeface designs are individual art files rather than a font that you can load onto your computer and type with.
