Order Confirmation
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email detailing the ordered items and your shipping information. Please check everything and contact us promptly in case of a mistake. If you haven't received the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your Junk folder.

Processing & Delivery Time
​
We are a small studio and print your orders on demand, once payment has been received. All orders are packaged by us in our office in Woodstock, NY. We will process all orders within 3 business days. The prints typically take an additional 1—2 business days to make and then an additional 5—7 days to ship within the US. You will receive email confirmations along the way.

Shipping in the United States
We ship in the US for a flat rate of $9.00. Your print will be shipped in a cardboard tube or photo envelope via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping in the US currently takes 5—7 days. We apologize for any delays with USPS shipping, however, these are out of our control. You will receive a tracking number via email once your items have been shipped.

Shipping International
​
We have resumed shipping internationally. However, we can only offer USPS Express International service with insurance, which will take 3 days. It is base price of $70. We know this is pricy, but this is the best way that provides tracking all the way to your country.

Refunds & Damaged Items
​
We can't control what happens to a package once it leaves us and goes through the US Postal Service. However, we want you to be happy. If you receive your print and it's damaged, please notify us and also send photographs of the damage within 2 days by replying to the confirmation email you received when you ordered. We will either replace the print free of charge, or we can offer a refund for the original cost if you no longer want the print.
